• Dr. Richard Arnold , DVM

  
  

  Dr. Rick Arnold is the practice founder and owner of Pet Pals Veterinary Hospital and House Calls. Dr. Arnold graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1982, and worked as an associate veterinarian from 1982 to 1987. In 1987, Dr. Arnold founded Indy Mobile Pet Clinic, then established the permanent clinic, Pet Pals Veterinary Hospital and House Calls at its present location in 1994. Dr. Arnold is married with three children. He is an active member of The American Animal Hospital Association, The American Veterinary Medical Association, The Indiana Veterinary Medical Association, and The Central Indiana Veterinary Medical Association.

• Dr. Julie Towle , DVM CVA CVC

  
  

  Dr. Julie Towle graduated from the University of Illinois, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.   Since then, Dr. Towle has pursued her heartfelt interest in holistic medicine, by first becoming certified in Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and Veterinary Acupuncture, followed by a certification in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy, and presented the research abstract ‘Clinical Use of Radial Shockwave Therapy for Treatment of Canine Osteoarthritis’ at the World Small Animal Veterinary Association 2005 Congress meeting in Mexico City. Dr. Towle is currently a staff veterinarian at Pet Pals Veterinary Hospital and House Calls, an active member of The American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, The American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Central Indiana Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Towle lives in Carmel with her husband, daughter and pets (2 dogs and 2 gerbils).  And when she’s not being a wife, mother, or helping people with their pets, Julie is an aspiring 2nd degree black belt candidate with Adamson’s Karate in Carmel.

  Heaven has been in the Veterinary field for over 16 years.  She graduated from the Veterinary Technician Program at Purdue University in 1994, receiving an associate’s degree.  She is licensed by the state of Indiana as a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Heaven began working at Pet Pals in September of 2005, with her primary responsibility being a receptionist but often utilizes her technician skills. Her interests besides animals, include, reading, watching movies, and traveling.  Her favorite vacation spot is anywhere a cruise ship takes her.  She resides on the outskirts of Greenfield with her husband James, daughter Sara, and her 6 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 birds.
